There is a variety of damage that can be caused by insect infestations.  Though many of your back yard bugs are beneficial to the micro-ecosystem, others may be harmful to your trees.  Identifying the specific damage causing insect is the first step toward eliminating the problem.  This will then determine the type of control and the time of year for the application.
